Producción científica sobre políticas de cuidado en niñez en Latinoamérica (2012–2021): revisión sistemática y análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

En este artículo analizamos la producción científica sobre políticas de cuidado en niñez en Latinoamérica publicada entre 2012 y 2021, a partir de una revisión sistemática de la literatura y un análisis bibliométrico complementario. A partir de 81 artículos, identificamos tres grandes clústeres temáticos y discutimos sus principales hallazgos, tensiones y aportes para la comprensión del campo y para el diseño de políticas públicas de cuidado en la región. Los resultados muestran que la literatura sobre políticas de cuidado en niñez en Latinoamérica se organiza en torno a tensiones entre maternalismo, desigualdad de género, educación temprana, salud y desarrollo cognitivo, evidenciando la necesidad de políticas integrales e intersectoriales con enfoque de derechos y perspectiva de género.
