Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación es establecer una tipología de los rasgos lingüístico-discursivos (RLD) asociados al lenguaje claro (LC) en el ámbito jurídico, reportados en artículos de investigación recientes. Para alcanzar este propósito, desarrollamos una investigación de corte cualitativo, guiada por los lineamientos metodológicos actuales para la construcción de tipologías. Asimismo, consideramos diversos estándares de calidad y rigurosidad científica para su construcción. Como resultados centrales del estudio, logramos identificar y agrupar los rasgos que permiten facilitar y complejizar los textos jurídicos de acuerdo con la revisión de la literatura especializada existente. Y, sobre la base de ello, proponer una tipología de RLD asociados al LC en el ámbito jurídico. De forma complementaria, ofrecemos una visualización clara y atractiva de cómo se constituye nuestra propuesta, de manera que la información sea más sencilla de utilizar. Además de ello, disponibilizamos toda nuestra tipología en línea, con acceso gratuito, abierto e interactivo, a fin de que los interesados puedan acceder a ella y utilizarla con los fines que estimen pertinentes. Como conclusión central, la tipología ofrecida se puede definir por su carácter acumulativo, no binario y flexible. En consecuencia, creemos que ella puede ser de utilidad para distintas audiencias y con múltiples propósitos, teóricos o aplicados, en diversas disciplinas.
