Political scientist - born in Cagliari in 1960 and currently lives in Chile. He has worked for over thirty years with refugees around the world. Retired since 2018, he focuses on research about Andrés Febrés and the Sardinian Jesuit missionaries in the Americas and the Philippines during the 17th and 18th centuries. In 2021, he published "Andrés Febrés S.J. and the Sundial of Duke Mattei" in the journal Accademie e Biblioteche d'Italia and "First Results of Research for the Development of a Catalog of the Sardinian Jesuits Expelled from the Overseas Spanish Territories in 1767" in the journal Theologica & Historica Annali della Pontificia Facoltà Teologica della Sardegna.
